    Grohe wanted a system that streamlined and eased the registration process at their conferences and also handled the boarding & lodging of all attendees. Moreover, they desired the technology to have a personal touch.


    A personalized QR code was generated containing the attendee’s personal information & photographs. This code was also shared with the respective person via email/SMS. On entering the venue, their details were verified by simply scanning the QR code. A corresponding RFID badge was given to the individual, which displayed his photograph on the Photo wall, welcoming him personally.


    The technology was able to streamline and ease the registration process and also provide a personalized & pleasurable experience for the attendees.
