  • Ability to lead business development initiatives including responding to RFPs, preparation and delivery of client presentations with the objective of sales and business development. Experience of working on government RFPs is a plus.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.

  • Online registration on the various portal for tender.
  • Searching for the right tender, RFP or Bid from different tender portals.
  • Preparing & uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid.
  • Monitor the tender application and filing in order to ensure it is submitted duly along with all required formalities.
  • Ensure all completed tenders of the company are well documented in a timely manner with appropriate level of detail.
  • Analyse problem areas for the company and suggest appropriate solutions for the same, in consultation with the senior management.
  • Attend Pre-Tender meetings on behalf of the company, wherever necessary, and make official representations.
